Strategic Plan Goals and Objectives

Chatham School District's School Board, along with staff and community stakeholders engaged in an intense process of strategic planning in an effort to develop the goals that will guide fundamental decisions and actions to shape the future of your school district. Below are the five goal areas identified by the strategic planning team and approved by the Chatham School Board. The Superintendent, working with a team of stakeholders has developed objectives and action steps in the identified goal areas. Those goals and objectives are listed below
