Klukwan School

Weekly, students at Klukwan School have a Winter Sports for Life class that involves learning how to appreciate the outdoors through skiing, snowshoeing, and other outdoor activities.  For the past three weeks, we have participated in Snow School with Tracy Wirak-Cassidy, the Education Coordinator from the Takshanuk Watershed Council.  She taught us about animal tracks, snow crystals, measuring snow depth, and types of snow, among other topics.
